Whatever your event, Campus Catering can make it special. Dining Services Catering knows the special event catering needs of the Texas A&M University community. We offer complete catering service for everything from conferences, business meetings and luncheons to coffee breaks, brunches and wedding receptions.
Our catering staff and outstanding chefs can help you design a special occasion that you will never forget. Our menus offer several options and we are happy to assist you in making your event unique. Our catering staff has over 100 years of combined experience in planning special events.

Scheduling Your Event
It is important to book your catered event at least four weeks in advance to ensure Campus Catering will be able to accommodate your needs. Please schedule and reserve your event space, through the appropriate office, if applicable before contacting us to coordinate your menu.
Campus Catering Office
Located in the Memorial Student Center, room 117 or call 979-845-1118.
You will need the following when you call to place your catering order:
- Name of the person responsible for the event
- Department name, address and phone number
- Function day and date
- Function site
- Number of guests
- Description of the type of function (lunch, buffet, delivery, etc.)
- Delivery time
- Serving time
- Special arrangements other than food (flowers, centerpieces, etc.)
- Method of payment (with account number if applicable)

Please confirm your arrangements by calling the Campus Catering Office at least forty-eight hours prior to your event with a guaranteed number of guests. All Campus Catering Offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
